I feel pretty good from yesterday's full-body workout. My energy levels this morning feel really good, and I also got some solid sleep.
I'd like to even out my workouts this week since I plan to meet up with my cousin for a glute day. Lol, my love language is working out with family.

Today's Cardio:
🏃🏽♀️ Treadmill Incline Walk
5 min warm-up (3.0 mph, 3% incline)
25–30 min at 3.2–3.6 mph, 8–12% incline
5 min cool-down
Core:
Dead Bugs - 30 sec
Criss Cross - 30 sec
Cross Cross - Leg lifts (both sides)
Pilates 100’s
Forearm Side Plank Thread the needle (alternating) - 20 sec
Side Plank Crunch (alternating) - 10 each side
Plank Leg Lifts - 30 sec
Finisher
5–10 minutes of stretching and call it a day. ✨
