  • Curl - Leg Downs

  • Single Leg Stretch

  • Scissors

  • Criss Cross

  • Cactus to Overheard Reach

  • Arms Circles

Strength

  • Lat Pulldown – 4 sets Γ— 8–10 reps

  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 3 sets Γ— 8–10 reps

  • Seated Cable Row – 3 sets Γ— 10–12 reps

  • Around the World (MY FAVORITE) – 3 sets Γ— 10–12 reps
